Ran 3 easy in the morning. In the afternoon I
did 2 mile warm up, 4xMcGruff dirt hill repeats w/ recovery jog, 4x200m easyfinishes on track, and finished with a mile cool down.
Ran 3 easy at Thatcher's in the morning. Ran 4 easy after school. No 100m finishes, or tabata!!
Ran 3 easy in morning on dike, and ran 6 total after school; 2 mile warm up, Relay race (800m, 800m, 400m, 400m, cool down to get mileage.
Ran 3 easy at thatchers and ran only 4 at night when we got to our hotel.
Drove to the dike and ran with my mom for about 2 miles at a super easy pace. Then I ran home at an 8:50 pace.
I ran with Mia from my house to the dike! I felt great! The temperature was sunny and cool. Our average mile time was 8:40.
