Ran 3 miles easy in the morning. After school did 2 mile warm up, 5x500m dirt hill repeats w/ recovery jog, cool down to get mileage.
Ran .5 mile warm, then 4 miles easy on trail behind school, and finished with 6x100m strides.
3 miles easy to ranch and back
Ran a 1.5 mile warm up to the ranch, then did fartlick workout up to 3 min for about 2 miles out and back, and finished with a 1.5 mile cool down.
Ran a mile to the ranch and did 2 min. pickups on the way back. The body felt good!!
Ran 2 EASY miles over by Little Valley Park. Knee was giving me problems so I didn't go too far.
