6 miles total (2 mile warm up, 12 minute tempo run @ T pace, cool down to get mileage) I ran 1.8 miles in 12 minutes! We started out at a 6:30/6:35 pace, then went up to 6:50 for a few min, and dropped to a 6:20 towards the end.
3 miles easy in the morning. 6 miles easy on Zen trail.
